International Cooperation
SEZ Lotus JSC cooperates with economic zones, ports, and logistics and industrial companies of the Caspian-bordering states and other countries interested in developing the INSTC and establishing economic cooperation within the development of the economic zones of the Caspian Cluster.

The management company of Anzali Free Trade-Industrial Zone (cooperation agreement)
Anzali Free Zone was established in 2005 in the Gilan Province, in the northern part of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and is one of the most successful and rapidly developing economic zones in Iran, with a large number of production facilities.

The management company of the Chabahar Free Trade-Industrial Zone (cooperation agreement)
The Chabahar Free Trade-Industrial Zone was established in 1992 at the farthest point in the south-east of Iran on the Gulf of Oman, with direct access to the Indian Ocean.

Golrang Industrial Group
The cooperation with the large Iranian private holding company Golrang Industrial Group resulted in the implementation of a project for the construction of a household chemicals plant in SEZ Lotus (ROSA LLC, a tenant company).

The holding company Parsian (incorporated in the Mostazafan Foundation)
The Mostazafan Foundation is the second largest business conglomerate in Iran after the National Iranian Oil Company and one of the largest in the Middle East, with more than 160 Iranian companies operating in various sectors of the economy, including the port and logistics companies SINA and BOSACO.
The cooperation with the holding company Parsian resulted in the establishment of a joint road transportation company with the anchor tenant of the Port SEZ to provide road cargo transportation between the northern and southern ports of Iran.

Mir Business Club LLC (cooperation agreement)
Mir Business Bank LLC was established in 2023 under the aegis of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation with the aim of exchanging economic information, providing marketing and legal support for business relations between partners from Russia and Iran, and contributing to the development of credit, financial, and logistics operations between the two countries.

Transport and Logistics Center of Turkmenistan JSC
On January 20th, 2023, a cooperation agreement and memorandum of intent were signed to establish a logistics center of Turkmenistan in the Port Special Economic Zone of the Astrakhan Region during the Russian-Turkmen Business Forum held in Ashgabat.
On October 24-28, 2022, the executive officers of SEZ Lotus JSC held meetings with potential tenants, industrial enterprises, and relevant organizations while attending the 15th Verona Eurasian Economic Forum and the meetings of the Russia-Azerbaijan Business Council in Baku.

Free Economic Zone Vitebsk (cooperation agreement)
In 2017, an agreement was signed with the management company of FEZ Vitebsk, which involves a joint work of the parties to enhance the trade and economic development of the Vitebsk Region and the Astrakhan Region through the interaction of special economic zones of the regions.

RUZSPEDITION LLC (cooperation agreement)
On September 11, 2021, SEZ Lotus JSC signed an agreement of intent and joint work with RUZSPEDITION LLC to develop bilateral cooperation in trade and export, joint production, transit, and cargo transportation (particularly of potash fertilizer).

RUE Beltamozhservice (cooperation agreement)
On April 12, 2022, SEZ Lotus JSC and RUE Beltamozhservice signed a cooperation agreement on the basis of which the parties will initiate measures to strengthen and improve cooperation in cargo transportation through the INSTC using of the capacities of the Caspian Cluster.

Chinese-Belarusian Great Stone Industrial Park Administration (cooperation agreement)
SEZ Lotus JSC and Great Stone Industrial Park Administration have agreed to cooperate to attract new partners and investors, resolve issues related to improving the business environment and investment climate, and facilitate the development of cargo transportation across the Astrakhan Region and the Republic of Belarus via the International North-South Transport Corridor.

The Administration of Mogilev Free Economic Zone (cooperation agreement)
The parties have agreed to enhance the external economic activities and cooperation relations, to host events, and they will tend to establish mutual enterprises and implement investment projects in the economic zones.

The Brest Free Economic Zone Administration (cooperation agreement)
In December 2023, SEZ Lotus JSC and the Brest FEZ Administration signed a cooperation agreement to increase cargo transportation across Russia and Belarus and strengthen cooperation between the two economic zones within the framework of the IV Conference of Free Economic Zones of the Republic of Belarus.
SEZ Lotus JSC actively cooperates with Indian special economic zones, industrial enterprises, and logistics companies in enhancing the trade and industrial cooperation, attracting new tenants to their economic zones, and developing the International North-South Transport Corridor.

The Indian company Blue Bird Logistics
On June 20, 2023, SEZ Lotus JSC, JSC Sina Logistics, and the Indian company Blue Bird Logistics signed a memorandum of understanding, which involves the cooperation of the parties in implementing investment projects within the development of the International North-South Transport Corridor, as well as facilitating the establishment of cargo transportation through the corridor.

The Indian Business Alliance (cooperation agreement)
The non-profit organization Indian Business Alliance was established in 1994, with the main goal of promoting the interests of the Indian business community in Russia. It was founded by a group of Indian businessmen under the patronage of the Indian Embassy in Russia.
SEZ Lotus JSC frequently participates in meetings and events aimed at enhancing business relations with companies of the UAE. The Arab business community positively evaluates the opportunity to participate in investment projects related to the development of port infrastructure and cargo transportation in the Caspian Sea region.

The World Free Zones Organization (World FZO)
In 2022, SEZ Lotus became a member of the World Free Zones Organization (World FZO). This is a global non-profit organization established in 2014 in Dubai, UAE, to promote the interests of free economic zones and industrial parks.

First National Trust (the Arab Republic of Egypt)
In 2023, SEZ Lotus JSC and First National Trust of the Arab Republic of Egypt signed an agreement on cooperation in the development of logistics, cargo transportation, and attraction of potential tenants to the SEZs of the Caspian Cluster on the background of the Russia-Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum.

Daye Raba & Fils (SODAKAF) (the Republic of Guinea)
In July 2023, JSC Rybniye Korma (a tenant of SEZ Lotus) signed an agreement with Daye Raba & Fils (SODAKAF) of the Republic of Guinea to cooperate in the development of aquaculture and artificial fish production.
SEZ Lotus JSC views the cooperation with the People’s Republic of China as a highly promising area of activity.
SEZ Lotus is cooperating with Chinese business community on the development of joint Russian-Chinese projects in industry, trade, and logistics. A number of Chinese companies are considering the implementation of projects in SEZ Lotus
